At PickBell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a simple and transparent process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products should be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Some products, such as personalized or perishable items, may not be eligible for return. These will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team via email, phone, or live chat.
- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you with the next steps, including return approval and pick-up instructions if applicable.
3. Refunds & Replacements
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds or replacements will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of replacements, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
4. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost. Please do not use the product in such cases to qualify for a full refund.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping costs are generally borne by PickBell if the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, defective product).
- For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size selection), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
